We have a range of courses on offer, all designed to support your mind and body on a journey back to health. All of our classes are online and recorded, so if you can’t attend one, it will be sent to you automatically after the session has finished.

To show people how to use mark making to relax, increase awareness, explore, and ground oneself after exploration. Led by Janet Harris, some of you may have been lucky enough to have joined her Community Session last year. We are very happy to have her back for a longer course.
This advanced course will: Empower you to become skilled in working with specific energy centres to restore balance in your system. You’ll gain clarity on the specific hidden beliefs within you that keep you limited and drain your energy. You’ll develop your own sliding scale of self-talk to lean on so you can create new beliefs that create positive changes in your energy. You’ll have a very clear and powerful process for both your closed-eye and open-eye daily practices.
(Must have completed level 1 Opening Up Awareness before taking this level 2 course)

Our Histamine and Gut Health Support course is designed to empower you in your recovery so you can eat with more confidence and trust in your bodies ability to rest, repair and recover! We’ll look at what histamine is and it’s potential role in symptoms. We will explore how to tell if you are experiencing histamine related symptoms and what you can do about it.
Deepening Compassion: 8 weeks, for people who have completed a Mindfulness course, either with 360 or elsewhere. With Nicky Mouat.
In community with others, explore how to foster kindness and compassion in your life: first and foremost, to yourself! Research shows that training in compassion helps us to take better care of ourselves. People with greater self-compassion cope better with adversities and have greater self-respect. They are happier and have more fulfilling relationships.
Navigating a turbulent journey of recovery
Have you turned a corner yet? It’s a question that so many of us have been asked since our Covid diagnosis and one of the hardest questions to answer. Recovery from Covid, CFS, ME or any other chronic illness isn’t linear, there is ‘no corner’ as such, rather a series of cycles which can leave us mentally and physically exhausted, confused, frustrated and at times, even in despair.
We have partnered up with teachers trained at the Sussex Mindfulness Centre, to run a course for people experiencing a slower journey back to health, to help them find a calmer state, on what can be a rollercoaster ride.
