Rest, Repair, Recover

Set up by Suzy Bolt in 2020 to help her navigate her own journey back to health, the RRR programme offers you a wide range of activities, workshops, and discussions all centred around helping your body to heal.

We work together to regulate the Autonomic Nervous System (think fight-flight or rest-repair) using a multi-disciplinary approach with a focus on deep rest and fun. It’s a bit like an online health studio for your nervous system!

Who is it for?

Our programme is for anyone who is in recovery from a chronic illness or disease. Many people join us with a post-viral syndrome like Long Covid, ME and Chronic Fatigue as well as other types of condition like Fibromyalgia and POTS. You can also use our programme to maintain a healthy nervous system and fit classes in around a busy life.

Breathe, Mindfulness, Rest Repair Recover, Yoga Nidra, Yoga for Deep Sleep

What do we need to start?

You will need some kind of screen like a laptop, tablet or phone to be able to access the classes. You can be in bed if you need to be – we want you comfortable.

Our ‘core classes’ are suitable for everyone as they involve little or no movement and are highly effective as a place to begin your journey.

How Does it Work?

We have a huge timetable of classes from Monday to Friday. Stay on the level 0 classes until your body and your nervous system start to feel the benefit.

If you sign up for a live class you are sent a Zoom link - click this and you'll come straight into our classroom. If you miss the class, it's sent to you straight away as a recording.

Am I too ill to start?

As soon as you feel like you might want the company of a community on a similar recovery journey, then you should start! We have lots of people log in just for the company to start with. Then they build up towards doing some of the level 1 practices with us like breath work and mindfulness.

How can I cancel my membership?

You can cancel anytime. You just need to log into the Momence website for this as it is not possible via the app.

  • Log into the Momence website www.momence.com
  • Click on ‘my memberships’ from the left hand menu and then to the right of the RRR membership name, click on the 3 dots for the cancel option.
  • IF you get stuck, just email support@suzybolt.com

We also have a ‘freeze membership’ option for when you want to pause, but not cancel completely. It can be unspecified or for specific dates. Just email support for this service: support@suzybolt.com

If I have questions about the programme, who do I talk to?

Email our support team support@suzybolt.com – we have people on the team who have been very unwell themselves and used our programme to help them with their own recovery. They are experts!

I'm in a different timezone, is the programme still for me?

We have people from all over the world in our programme – many people find at least 3 classes they can attend live and the rest they watch on catch up via the link that are sent out to recordings after each class.

What's the difference in the live and on-demand content?

On-demand only membership is great for those who want to watch past classes in their own time and don’t mind that some of our timetable is not included in that option. Students who join the live membership get access to all the weekly sessions (live attendance and on-demand option) including those with our occupational therapist and other favourite teachers. Live membership includes all the live classes AND all classes in the library too.

Our belief is that no one should be priced out of recovery – so if you are struggling, please do get in touch with us at support@suzybolt.com

What are the levels?

Level 0 Suitable for anyone, any ability, can be done from bed.
Level 1 Suitable for those who can move a little bit
Level 2 Suitable for those who can move around fairly well, can sit and stand without too many issues and want to do a little movement/exercise without taxing the body too much
Level 3 Suitable for those who are ready to do more – ready to build strength and are able to work on standing poses in Yoga and lift light hand weights in strength work.
Level 4 Suitable for those who are feeling fairly fit, are able to moderate themselves sensibly and can manage cardio and strength work without set back.

I'm going on holiday - how to I pause my membership?

Simply email support@suzybolt.com with the date you would like your membership frozen, and, if possible, the date you’d like it to be unfrozen, and we’ll sort this out for you.

How do I switch memberships?

If you’d like to switch your membership to one of the others (e.g. from live to on-demand), simply email support@suzybolt.com with the details (which membership you’d like to move to, and when starting) and we’ll sort this out for you.

Can I try the programme for free?

We’d love you to try out our RRR programme – simply use the code 2weeksfreeRRR when buying your subscription. This will give you the first two weeks for free, and will then roll over into a paid subscription (£9 per week for live; £5.50 per week for on-demand). Please note you can cancel at any time via the Momence website, or email support@suzybolt.com and we can cancel it for you.
