I just wanted to say how monumentally grateful I am for you and your recovery program. I’ve been doing the classes religiously since August 2022 and I am certain it has been the main driver of my improvement since. Your level of understanding and empathy, expertly put together classes and whole approach to recovery and retraining the ANS has been a lifesaver. I am 10 months into this Long Covid/POTS journey and have gone from being bed bound with constant palpitations/not being able to stand without my heart doing back flips to doing 5k steps a day and as of the last few weeks my heart/nervous system generally being pretty well behaved.

The Fern Programme takes you on a journey towards a healthier and more joyful life through coaching, NLP, breath and body work. All combined with the magic of focused, peer support from the comfort and safety of your own home using Zoom.

I’ve really appreciated the focus on what we can do now to help ourselves, rather than focusing on where we have been. I have gained a lot of strength by hearing the stories of others and how they have found their way through and what they are now aspiring to. I feel far less alone in my journey and it’s great to have others articulate what I’ve not yet been able to, and to ask the questions I don’t always feel comfortable to.
I have new tools in my toolkit to keep taking better care of myself so that I can thrive. I have appreciated the space to come as I am and to implement small changes to my days in order to reset my focus. I’m grateful that there are no expectations to be at a particular level, however, am also aware that I will always get out what I am willing to put in to my self care work between sessions; I like that the ball is firmly in my court to change things.
There’s been a good balance and so far I've been grateful to continue my healing journey in this way. It’s reaffirmed that I’m capable and deserving of cultivating a much fuller and enriched way of being.

I recently completed the 7 week Fern programme. It provided a definite turning point in my recovery, giving me the confidence I needed to take the next step and the tools to help this happen. Suzy and her team were compassionate, thoughtful, honest and wise in their coaching and having been through long covid themselves, their advice was so much more relevant than any other programme I’d researched. I thoroughly recommend the Fern programme to anyone stuck in their recovery.

A deeper dive

All of our courses are designed to support the recovery journey. We use a multidisciplinary approach, from poetry to Yoga Nidra, from meditation to managing anxiety. We are constantly looking to find new ways to engage your creativity and desire to learn.

Being a member of the Rest, Repair, Recover programme has been a HUGE part of my recovery. I consider myself better now but RRR is part of my new, more chilled and happy lifestyle. The understanding of the teachers who have mostly been through the same or similar is paramount! They all get it! The classes are designed to be trauma informed and no pressure is put on us, which means I feel so relaxed and just so what is right for me on that day. I don’t feel silly or like I should be doing more. I absolutely love it!

For anyone with long covid or similar who's looking for something like this, I always recommend this program. I've not seen its equal anywhere. I of course wish there was a north america chapter so I could join more live classes.
