Rest Rejuvenate Reset: A Winter retreat.
A 7-night, Winter, restorative retreat hosted by your RRR team: Suzy Bolt, Caroline Phipps and Laura Dannequin. This inspiring trio will lead our popular end of year escape to the Canary Islands for a real chance to reset before the end of year.
Based at the stunning five star, German wellbeing retreat, the ‘Oceano Health Spa Hotel’ in Northern Tenerife, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean
The Rest Rejuvenate Reset retreat offers a gentle daily routine of slow and nourishing practices to soothe a tired nervous system.
There will be daily Yoga, Breath work, Qi Gong, Meditation and group discussion time.
The hotel offers us access to a private yoga space, a rooftop Yoga and meditation space, a gym, a walled, sea swimming pool in the ocean, amazing food (half board included) a sauna/spa complex, and an Ayurvedic spa for treatments.
2026 Prices
£1500 Small single – A compact but lovely ensuite room.
£1725 Medium single room – A lovely ensuite room, side ocean view.
£1899 Superior single room – A huge and airy superior room with full sea view, balcony and large separate bathroom inside the suite.
£1450pp Twin or double share – A huge and airy superior room with full sea view, balcony and large separate bathroom inside the suite.
£2750 Superior double for 1 participant and 1 non-participating partner – A huge and airy superior room with full sea view, balcony and large separate bathroom inside the suite.
