We all needed a plan B.

The company was born overnight, just before the UK went into lockdown. It was a venture designed to connect people, build community, create work for great instructors whilst keeping people fit and well, both physically and mentally, as we navigated a tricky time.
With the pandemic looming large in early March, I had a conversation with my own personal trainer Ross Cooper, and invited him teach online with me. We created an outline of a timetable and then we launched our live, Zoom classes on March 16th. Lockdown began March 20th.
It connected friends and families around the world in Yoga classes, offered the chance for people to try new things like Mindfulness, a solid timetable of physical activity to help build routine and have a great deal of fun.
By the end of March, both Ross and myself had developed Covid which was a turning point in both our lives.
September 2020
We introduced Covid specific classes to our timetable, as both Ross and myself had been affected by Long Covid. The programme has now been developed into 25+ classes a week covering all time zones and offers a lifeline for those stuck at home with chronic illness.
June 2024
The Rest, Repair, Recover programme is now recommended by Cardiologists, Doctors, Occupational Therapists, Long Covid Clinics, Nurses and more. We have met some of the most fantastic people and now, It’s one of the most amazing things we have ever been a part of. We hope to keep the company running long into the future 🙂

After gaining much feedback from our beloved community, it was time to rebrand. 360MindBodySoul.co.uk becomes SuzyBolt.com. We also hosted our retreat to Tenerife this month, staying at the stunning Hotel Oceano.
Meet the team
We are a team of dedicated well-being professionals who have been on our own journeys of recovery.

Suzy has been affected by Long Haul Covid and designed the Rest, Repair, Recover programme to meet the needs of other recoverers. She is also the founder of the Fern Programme, a small group, coaching-based recovery programme for those who need a more focused approach.
Suzy is an NLP Master Practitioner, level 3 counselling trained, studying for a Diploma in Lifestyle medicine and is an Insights Discovery coach. She now specialises in recovery and well-being in all of her work.

Ross started out as a sportsman, trained in boxing in Mexico and has discovered the joy of Personal Training in the last 5 years. He is enjoying the challenge of working with the Suzy Bolt community remotely and seeing everyone giving it their all.
Ross is at his happiest watching people transform through exercise. His own experience of Long Covid/CFS and his gentle, encouraging nature, make him the perfect person to lead the physical rehabilitation on our Rest, Repair, Recover programme.

She has accumulated over 1000 hours of training initially completing her three-year Hatha yoga qualification with Yoga Scotland. She has furthered her knowledge by completing training in Yin Yoga, Menopause Yoga and a 100hr Yoga Teacher Training in Trauma-Informed Yoga & Embodied Social Change. She incorporates all of this in her teaching alongside somatic movement drawn from Feldenkrais and is influenced by other teachers she has also studied with Donna Farhi, Tom Myers, Dianne Bondy and Matthew Remski.
She is one half of The Menopause Sisters with her sister, a GP, facilitating workshops and collaborating with workplaces to inform women and help empower them. They also host their UK Health Radio show together. Caroline believes 'Yoga teaches us through interoception, to truly listen to our bodies and offer ourselves what will best serve us at that moment.'

She combines all her interests in her work focussing on movement, mindset and motivation. Her classes are clear with expert instruction and options for multi level engagement. She is also available for 1-2-1 work and runs a 90day healthy mind and body coaching programme.

An ex-dancer, her life has been immersed in bodywork and movement for longer than she can care to remember. Nadine turned to ashtanga yoga to help support a herniated disc sustained through ballet and has been delighting in the gifts yoga has given her on so many levels.
Nadine trained in the Viniyoga style with her main teacher David Charlton who she continues to study with regularly. Always hungry to learn more and share the joys of study, Nadine strives to make the ancient teachings of yoga accessible for all, whether they are in her classes, workshops, yoga teacher training programmes or CPD courses.
Over the years, she has qualified in teaching yoga to children, to children with special needs, to people living with cancer, yin and restorative yoga. She has trained with some of the world's most prestigious teachers including Davd Swenson, Joey Miles, AG Mohan, Max Strom, Judith Hanson Lasater and has assisted and co-led Mysore programs in London where she lived for 20 years.
She lives in Edinburgh with her husband Nick, their kids Noah and Hunter and their whippet River. In her spare time she enjoys reading, baking, walking, crafting, gardening, SUP boarding and being with her younglings who she home educates.
Her mission is to share the practice of yoga in an inclusive and accessible way, inviting practitioners to explore techniques to support themselves on and off the mat and to help you feel better in your own skin.

Holly trained at The College of Naturopathic Nutrition in London, where she gained both Diplomas in Naturopathic Nutrition and Naturopathy. She has completed additional training in Intuitive Eating, Nutrition Counselling, Trauma Informed Counselling Skills and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). In her private practice she has supported clients with a myriad of health issues and now specialises in Women's Health and Nervous System Support.
Holly has lived with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome since 2014 dealing with years of debilitating fatigue and repeated episodes of the 'boom and bust cycle'. Her recovery took a transformative turn after she joined the Rest Recover Repair programme, and then The Fern Programme. Being a part of these communities and learning to move her body in a safe way, paired with her understanding of nutrition, have been integral in her recovery and rediscovering joy once again.
With her depth of knowledge, professional and personal experience of what it is like to live with a chronic illness, she is honoured to be able to support others along this journey, offering accessible and compassionate Nutritional support.

Jackie now dedicates her time to working as a Breathing Instructor, focusing on individuals with Long Covid and ME/CFS. She started "Long Covid Breathing" with business partner Vikki, running courses, workshops or individually to help people with their breath, the foundation of our health.
Jackie is also the host of the Long Covid Podcast, started out of sheer desperation but quickly expanded to include medical experts, researchers, and recovery stories. The podcast, which became a lifeline for her and many others, also reflects her own recovery journey.
Beyond her professional work, Jackie embraces a love of creativity, silliness, and the great outdoors. Whether it’s hillwalking, wild swimming, or seeking out new adventures, she brings a unique and joyful energy to all she does.

In her early years she also gained a BA Hons degree in Performance Art majoring in Dance. After years of working as a professional dancer, choreographer and producer she turned her hand to fitness after Pilates was used to rehabilitate her from a bad hip injury.
Through her own business BALM, Body and Lifestyle Management she teaches face to face pilates classes and 1:1 sessions, various online programmes including pilates, pure stretch, weights and barre, and runs restorative wellness events in Hampshire and Somerset.
Jo loves to see the progress clients can achieve, encouraging and nurturing them along their wellness journey.
She is currently training as a somatic trauma informed coach with the Mental Wellbeing Company to add into her coaching and wellness programmes.

Following on from this he navigated his own health challenges with the diagnosis of an autoimmune disease called Hashimotos. This diagnosis took him on a journey of discovery, learning more deeply about what helps us to heal.
He trained in Yoga, breath work (with NIcola Price, Brian McKenzie and Dr Joe Dispenza) and meditation and now specialises in working with and supporting high performance sports coaches. He also works with the Mcamillan Horizon Cancer support centre in Brighton running weekly breath classes.

Mindfulness and meditation have been the source of much creativity and joy since she took up these practices in her early 20s. She completed Buddhist ordination training in 1999 and has taught regularly since that time in both secular and Buddhist contexts. She has managed and led many meditation retreats in her work as an events organiser for the UK charity Buddhafield.
She has a background in education and has substantial experience of teaching mindfulness and compassion in a range of settings. She is also qualified in Counselling Skills and Counselling Studies.
Annie is a mindfulness supervisor and a registered member of the British Association of Mindfulness-based Approaches (BAMBA).

She has over 1000 hours of yoga teacher training, including a Yoga Therapy Diploma, Nidra training, various women’s health specialisms and trauma-informed training.
Gillian is also a trained storyteller and loves to weave medicine stories into her yoga workshops and retreats wherever possible!
Another love of Gillian’s is her allotment. Connecting to plants and nature has seeped into her yoga practice and teaching, and her classes usually encourage connection to the natural world, the season, or specific plants that might be associated to the time of year.
Gillian will be studying plant medicine in 2026, so you can expect even more connection to the natural world in her classes this year!

Hannah is a qualified Personal Trainer through the YMCA and NASM and has trained extensively across multiple disciplines. Her education includes APPI Pilates, a range of mobility-focused courses, and more recently neuro-based training designed to help the nervous system feel safer through simple, effective drills. She has also studied functional breathwork with Oxygen Advantage, as well as conscious connected breathwork with Transformational Breath and Alan Dolan.
Her professional work is deeply informed by her personal health journey. An active child who frequently experienced illness, Hannah developed Chronic Fatigue Syndrome in her early twenties and lived with it for a decade. In the past six years, she has also navigated two significant back injuries. These experiences led her to adapt her lifestyle and training approach, allowing her to continue enjoying movement and the outdoors while prioritising recovery and long-term wellbeing.
Once an amateur triathlete, Hannah now embraces a more balanced, sustainable approach to health. She believes wellbeing is not static, but an ongoing, evolving process—one that honours the body’s signals and supports growth over time.
Breath Guru Graduate (Conscious connected breathing for opening the respiratory system, emotional release and self-discovery)
Hannah is a PT, APPI Pilates instructor, breath facilitator and ex-amateur triathlete. Her experience as an amateur athlete and PT finally led to her having chronic fatigue for 10+ years. CFS and two slipped discs really started to make Hannah slow down, be kinder to herself and understand the body from a holistic standpoint. Hannah decided to train with Patrick McKeown's' Oxygen Advantage' and Alan Dolan's 'Breath Guru' to be able to combine functional breathing for sports performance and Long Covid, alongside emotional release breathing. Her main focus now is educating people on the importance of their breath for physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health.

Informed by years of study with teachers in meditation and energy work, alongside a committed personal practice, Jennifer’s work is grounded, nurturing, and relational. As someone deeply passionate about music and its ability to support emotional connection and expression, she thoughtfully weaves music into her sessions to support relaxation, emotional release, and deeper self-connection. She lives on Vancouver Island with her husband and two children, and loves playing piano, learning guitar, and spending slow summer days by the lake.


Astrid completed her 200 hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training course in YogaHub Dublin during the pandemic in 2020 and taught online classes in lockdown based around the moon and menstrual cycles. She qualified from YogaHub’s Breathwork Teacher Training course with Brian Malone in 2024, and from Uma Dinsmore-Tuli and Yoli Maya Yeh Joseph’s Yoga Nidra Facilitator and Teacher Training Course in 2025. Having always worked from a trauma-informed approach in her charity sector work, Astrid completed Bristol Yoga Roots Project’s Trauma-Informed Community Yoga training for yoga teachers and aims to makes her classes inclusive for all, being LGBTQIA+ and disability friendly. Astrid believes yoga can be accessible for every level of ability and energy, and loves interweaving humour, self-love, nature imagery, breathwork and deep rest into her classes.
As a Long Covid survivor herself, daily yoga nidra and breathwork helped Astrid immensely in her recovery journey. Astrid joined Rest Repair Recover in 2023 at Level 0 and fell in love with the joyful supportive community. She is passionate about the life-changing benefits of yoga nidra for helping individuals restore their energy, improve their mood, boost creativity and connect to themselves and the wider universe in a nurturing and nourishing way. Astrid loves being a fun Auntie, writing poems, gardening on her balcony in Bristol and cold-water swimming to reset her nervous system.

As a senior associate of international yoga teacher Donna Farhi and an instructor of History and Philosophy at the Contemporary Yoga Teacher Training in Auckland, Sam's teaching emerges from a place of in depth study as well as deep somatic awareness and inner listening. Her approach has been profoundly shaped by her in-depth study with Farhi, fostering a sustainable and loving practice that she shares with others.
Sam's work particularly emphasises the power of Yoga Nidra, recognising its transformative power for recovery and burnout. Through her integration of subtle breathing practices, therapeutic yoga, and restorative approaches, she creates accessible pathways for individuals managing various health challenges, including anxiety, depression, cancer, long-COVID, and chronic fatigue. She finds deep fulfilment in running retreats, workshops ands being part of an online platform community, where she can support people on their healing journeys through gentle movement and breathing practices.
Beyond her yoga practice, Sam is also an artist who explores drawing and painting as extensions of her somatic experience. She lives with her partner Rob, their teenage kids Eli and Sol, and their Labradoodle, Frankie, embracing the natural beauty of their New Zealand home.




Central to her approach is the understanding that healing happens in relationship and community. She creates spaces where people can be witnessed in their experiences, knowing that being seen and held by others is essential for both personal regulation and collective strength.
Weaving together trauma-informed practice, polyvagal theory, internal family systems, and somatic coaching, Eloise supports people to tend to their nervous systems to rebuild trust in their body after chronic illness and at time of life transitions.
She also works with leaders and change-makers, individuals, teams and organisations to strengthen their nervous system capacity for sustainable social justice engagement, creating space where people don't just think differently but feel differently—where the body's wisdom guides lasting change.


Her passion for helping to empower people who are marginalised or disadvantaged has driven her throughout her career, and she continues to develop new skills and expertise in order to better support these individuals. She has a background in education, working as a teacher and head of department in a secondary school for several years, and as a consultant for educational charities in low income countries. She holds a PGCE and a Masters degree in Education. She currently works with a variety of individuals and organisations specifically around wellbeing, resilience, confidence-building and leadership development. Sammy has also faced significant chronic health challenges from a young age, and has developed an expertise on resources and strategies to support herself and others to lead full lives even while facing physical setbacks.
Outside of work, Sammy gets her joy from playing board games and puzzles, belly laughing with friends, exploring new places and ideas, drinking great coffee, and being by (and in!) the sea.

His journey in sound healing began when as a small child he used to climb to the brow of the hills daily to sing out in prayer to the Almighty. His lilting, curative voice became known far and wide and he was soon asked to attend ceremonies and gatherings bringing the healing power of music to all those who gathered.
It was not long before he began to explore other instruments and ways of using sound to heal and restore. This exploration led him to his guru in Kathmandu with whom he dedicated two years of immersive practice, refining his craft using locally made instruments, such as sound bowls and the all powerful vibrating gong.
Manoj travelled back to the UK with his wife and children bringing these instruments with him with the sole purpose of offering sound healing opportunities to Londoners who are looking for inner peace and rest.
Manoj holds a Certificate in Professional Singing Bowl Therapy, Sound Healing, and Meditation from the Kaivalya Yoga - Spiritual Science and Research Organisation.
His expertise lies in creating transformative experiences by integrating a wide range of sound including voice, to produce a deeply restorative soundscape.
Manoj’s sessions transport listeners to the serene landscapes of the Himalayas, offering a profoundly calming and uplifting experience..

First drawn to yoga in 2006 as a way to soothe anxiety and reconnect with herself, Tawny now holds nurturing, inclusive spaces where others can do the same. She weaves together mindful breath awareness, restorative stillness, and the soothing vibrations of crystal bowls to create sessions that feel grounding, spacious, and supportive.
Rooted in compassion and choice, her teaching invites participants to honour their energy, move gently, and soften self-judgement, allowing the nervous system to settle and the body to restore in its own time.

Naomi teaches a mix of yoga styles and her classes reflect her warmth and passion for teaching. She loves being part of an inclusive yoga community and sharing the joys of this practice on every level.

She has a gentle all-encompassing approach. Her training crossed many different styles and she believes in adapting to students needs.
Jackie is one of our behind the scenes whizzes here at Suzy Bolt. She happened to come along to Suzy at just the right time to take on the support role in 2023, since then her role has developed into other areas of programme management.
She lives in Worthing with her husband, little boy and cat. They all love the outdoors, walks in the woods, beach time, singing, playing guitar, painting and laughing.

After deciding not to return to her job as a business change consultant, she joined the team in 2026 helping out with support and doing administration for Fern.
Kathryn is from the North East of England and currently lives in Hertfordshire. She enjoys woodland walks, theatre trips and weekends away with her husband and stepdaughter, as well as cosy nights in front of the fire with her 3 rescue cats.
