RESTIVAL
Back by popular demand, our community Restival event gives those who can travel the opportunity to gather in person for some playful and deeply restful connection and joy. This event is open to anyone, community members along with their friends and family.
The event is split over 2 days – the Friday evening event is being held in the iconic i360 tower, an incredible glass studio that rises up above the coastal town of Brighton. We will participate in a ‘flight’ up into the sky whilst practicing some gentle breath work and meditation – then safely glide back down to ground for an hours soft social inside the glass pod with access to a bar.
Saturday will see a full day of sessions led by many of the teachers from the Rest, Repair, Recover programme, inside the huge and airy ballroom of the Leonardo seafront hotel. A full lunch is included in this day and there will be approx 6 different sessions for you all to participate in to leave you feeling calm, relaxed and content.
Friday: 7.30-9pm i360 Brighton Beach
Saturday: 10am-5pm Leonardo Seafront Hotel, Brighton Beach.
Sat evening people are free to make their own plans and an informal gathering on the beach weather permitting for coffee at 11am on Sunday will be confirmed the day before.
We are exploring a possible zoom ticket option but want to make sure that the management of the filming is something we can navigate well so watch this space if this is of interest.
Our Restival early bird price of £120 is valid for the month of May.
From June 1st, the price will go up to £145.
Cancellation: Full refunds available 8 week before the event.
From the 3 Aug 2025 no refunds available but resale for refund possible.
